Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact, and secure the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.
Drop Off the Shipment
Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your records to track the journey back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
